La publicaci\u00f3n se encuentra enmarcada en los proyectos de investigacion del laboratorio tendientes a caracterizar los pat\u00f3genos que afectan a animales de compa\u00f1\u00eda y de producci\u00f3n en el Departamento del Tolima. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En esta investigaci\u00f3n liderada por las investigadoras <strong>Ang\u00e9lica Ram\u00edrez<\/strong> <strong>Alvarado<\/strong> y <strong>Valentina Rueda<\/strong> <strong>Garcia<\/strong>, se logr\u00f3 la detecci\u00f3n molecular de un hemopar\u00e1sito que afecta a los caninos y cuya prevalencia es desconocida en la regi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full is-resized\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" width=\"528\" height=\"395\" src=\"http:\/\/poultryimmunopathogenesis.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/05\/aaaa.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-528\" style=\"aspect-ratio:1.3367088607594937;width:611px;height:auto\" srcset=\"http:\/\/poultryimmunopathogenesis.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/05\/aaaa.jpg 528w, http:\/\/poultryimmunopathogenesis.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/05\/aaaa-300x224.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 528px) 100vw, 528px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>El trabajo reviste importancia dado que visualiza la presencia de ciertos pat\u00f3genos en animales de compa\u00f1\u00eda, los cuales deben incluirse dentro de los diagn\u00f3sticos diferenciales en caninos en la ciudad de Ibagu\u00e9, y pone sobre la mesa la necesidad de instaurar metodolog\u00edas de diagn\u00f3stico y detecci\u00f3n de pat\u00f3genos de mayor especificidad y sensibilidad, como en este caso la detecci\u00f3n de \u00e1cidos nucleicos mediante reacci\u00f3n en cada de la polimerasa (PCR).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La cita del art\u00edculo es la siguiente:<br>Ram\u00edrez-Alvarado AR, Rueda-Garc\u00eda V, Rond\u00f3n-Barrag\u00e1n IS.
