Este trabajo recibi\u00f3 el apoyo de la Secretar\u00eda de Salud Municipal de Ibague quienes, a trav\u00e9s de un convenio con la Universidad del Tolima, aunaron recursos, log\u00edstica y capital humano con el fin de dilucidar el estado sanitario de los perros, principalmente en la zona rural del Municipio de Ibagu\u00e9, con respecto a este pat\u00f3geno.
